About the Role:

We’re seeking a hands-on and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead our product's market success by deeply understanding customer needs, executing effective marketing strategies, and enhancing customer engagement and user experience. This proactive role focuses on converting new users into active, paying customers through strategic and actionable initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize customer journeys to convert new users into paying customers.
• Analyze user behavior and improve onboarding processes to maximize engagement.
• Create supporting content, such as guides and videos, to highlight product value.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance lead quality and craft compelling messaging.
• Communicate customer needs to the product team, ensuring continuous UX improvements.
• Monitor usage data, analyze performance metrics, and conduct A/B tests to refine strategies.
• Lead new feature launches and create focused marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably for B2B SaaS products.
• Proven experience with digital marketing channels (PPC, affiliates, social media).
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable steps.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for a business audience.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
