We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Hebrew-speaking) to provide exceptional technical support to our clients. In this role, you will assist customers with troubleshooting, answer their questions, and guide them through our product features and functionalities.
As a key part of the support team, you will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships. If you’re an excellent communicator with a passion for solving problems and earning clients’ trust, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:- Provide software training to clients at their sites, in the office, or remotely.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and assess customer needs, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products to address customer questions and concerns effectively.
- Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
- Gather customer feedback and share it with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve our offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Fluent in Hebrew – excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Service-oriented personality with a can-do attitude and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Comfortable providing independent, high-quality responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Ability to identify customer needs and guide them through specific features.
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license, as the role involves traveling to client sites for training and support.
