A renewable energy company based in Gush Dan , is looking for a Global HRBP for a leading company in the central region.
The role requires initiative and leadership of HR and recruitment processes.
Responsibilities:
* Global recruitment
* Managing the entire recruitment process including closing contracts - 50% of the role.
* Ongoing support for the Global division, including accompanying HR processes (feedbacks, goals, surveys, etc.).
Requirements:
* Approx. 5 years of experience managing recruitment and HR processes with a focus on global experience - mandatory.
* Full proficiency in English.
* Availability for a full-time position.
