About the Role

GoTo is seeking a Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring processes for various technological and operational roles. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, collaborate with key stakeholders, and play a vital role in building the talent that drives our success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse technical and operational positions.
• Write accurate, engaging job descriptions tailored to team and company needs.
• Source candidates through social media, databases, and employee referrals.
• Maintain and track recruitment workflows using the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Conduct professional and personal interviews, ensuring candidates align with company values and role requirements.
• Collaborate with managers and executives to support hiring decisions and team growth.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and initial training for new hires.
• Support cross-organizational HR projects and initiatives.
• Lead employer branding efforts, including social media content creation and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Up to 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within technology or operational organizations.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms is a significant advantage.
• Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates for organizational fit.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• High proficiency in English.
