At the same time, we apply our unique, proprietary methodology for conflict dialogue to create a safe space where people from all backgrounds can meet, connect, and collaborate with the "other side" for a better future.

Position Overview:

The CEO role requires strategic leadership, operational management, and mission-driven focus. The CEO works closely with the Board of Directors, staff, donors, volunteers, and the broader community to achieve the organization’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the organization in implementing strategic goals, ensuring alignment with the mission
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs 
• Develop and implement a fundraising plan and funder reporting system
• Ensure the organization operates within a sound financial framework
• Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders and foster a collaborative network to expand the organization’s offerings, reach, and impact
• Lead, inspire, and manage the leadership team to achieve high performance

Qualifications:

• Passion for Tech2Peace vision, mission, and methodology
• Proven leadership experience, preferably in a similar organization or related fields 
• Strong financial management skills, including experience in fundraising and financial oversight
• Ability to lead with long-term vision and strategy while managing day-to-day operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse groups of stakeholders

Starting date: February 2025

Scope: Full-time

Location: Hybrid in the Tel-Aviv office, with programs in Israel, West Bank, and Cyprus
