About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic online casino/iGaming company based in Tel Aviv. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in the iGaming or online casino industry, a solid understanding of operational workflows, and a passion for driving efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning across all departments.

Collaborate with customer support, marketing, finance, and tech teams to maintain operational excellence.

Monitor KPIs and ensure the company meets its performance and compliance targets. Implement and optimize workflows to enhance productivity and scalability. Handle vendor relationships, including third-party game providers and payment

processors. Address operational challenges promptly, offering solutions to maintain business

continuity. Ensure all activities comply with local and international regulatory standards. Assist in preparing reports and providing insights to senior management.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an operational role within the iGaming or online casino sector.

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of platforms, CRM systems, and payment gateways used in the iGaming industry.

Location: Must reside in Israel and be able to work on-site in Tel Aviv. Skills:

Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement strategies. Problem-solving capabilities to address day-to-day operational issues.
