Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver professional TIER 1 customer support 

- Provide focused explanations and training on our products 

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support 

- Full-time position based in our Petah Tikva office, with the flexibility of one hybrid workday per week

- Work hours: 09:00-18:00 

- Competitive salary: 10K 

Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer service and technical support - a must

- High level of service awareness

- Strong technical orientation and problem-solving skills 

- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork capabilities 

- Proficient verbal and written communication

- Familiarity with the internet and digital marketing - an advantage 

- Experience with SaaS companies - an advantage
