Marketing Manager

Papaya, one of the world's fastest-growing mobile gaming companies, is looking for a motivated and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about brand-building, content creation, and strategic execution. You’ll play a key role in supporting our brand efforts, managing projects, and driving marketing initiatives across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Brand Support: Oversee ongoing brand activities to ensure consistency and alignment with company objectives.
• Content Management: Manage agencies and freelancers to produce high-quality content products such as blogs, podcasts, and other assets that support brand initiatives.
• Social Media Oversight: Coordinate social media activities to maintain and grow our presence in alignment with brand goals.
• Strategic Content Development: Create and oversee strategic content initiatives, including go-to-market (GTM) plans and impactful presentations that drive marketing and business goals.
• Project & Process Management: Lead special projects and manage internal processes to ensure timely and successful execution.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader business objectives.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of marketing experience, with demonstrated expertise in brand-building, content strategy, and passion for social media.
• Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic content initiatives and GTM plans.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in marketing tools, presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides), and project management platforms.
