CS Data Analyst

About the Role:

Atera is looking for a Customer Success Data Analyst to join our team!

As a CS Data Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding and nurturing our growing customer base. You will explore the adoption of Atera’s product by our users, build usage metrics, and explore ways to increase customer engagement and prevent churn. You will share your reports and business insights with key business stakeholders and your insights will help improve the business results of our customer success and support groups. You will bring your expert data manipulation and analytical ability to provide critical insights and drive strategic initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain deep understanding of the data models holding the customer activity and product usage data
• Design new data models, prediction models and KPIs, and work closely with the BI dev team to implement them.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported
• Deliver and present actionable insights to support business performance
• Develop strong partnerships with CS leaders to achieve business objectives and become their trusted data advisor.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a business analyst in a tech company
• Experience working with complex data sets and multiple sources of data, as well as understanding the data pipeline from the raw level to the business layers.
• Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g. Qlikview, Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent Excel and SQL abilities
• BA/BSc in a quantitative field

Experience as a Product Analyst or Customer Success Analyst - Huge advantage
