Rapyd is looking for a dynamic Organizational Development Manager who will be responsible for creating the company-wide strategy to drive a high-performance culture. The Manager will lead the design and implementation of high-impact organizational development programs in support of strategic goals of the company, enhancing the way we engage employees across all channels of the business. This role will partner closely with key leaders in HR and throughout the entire organization to understand needs, gaps, and business strategy to best develop OD interventions and integrate change leadership tools and programs into company initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Organizational Development domain within the organization.
• Build, design, and deliver organization-wide programs such as Leadership Development, Performance Management, Talent Mapping, Leveling, Job Architecture and Engagement Surveys.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformations.
• Create personalized, tailor-made programs for specific needs of teams and managers, such as divisional leadership development, team building, and change management initiatives.
• Develop career growth programs for Rapyd employees.
• Build and implement end-to-end solutions for organizational re-designs, Mergers & Acquisitions, value creation programs, and other strategic transformations.
• Oversee the organizational development budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve HR processes, policies, and workflows.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a global high-tech or similar fast-paced environment, in Organizational Development, Talent Development, or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Psychology, Organizational Consulting, HR, or a relevant field.
• English as a native language or at a very high level.
• Experience with organizational design and M&A - an advantage.
• A quick learner, a go-getter who always keeps an open mind and willingness to be challenged.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
