Customer Success Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Success Representative who will serve as a key point of contact for our clients and suppliers. This role is vital in ensuring that our partners receive the highest level of support and value from our AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a track record of excellence in customer success, with a strong ability to communicate and build relationships.

This position requires flexibilty to work US hours (until 10pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring optimal use of our AI products.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster trust and enhance business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the sales, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment and to address customer needs promptly and effectively.
• Guide customers through onboarding processes and help them maximize the value they derive from our solutions.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to contribute to product and service improvements.
• Track and report on customer interactions, success metrics, and trends to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Proactively identify potential challenges or risks and work with customers to develop solutions.
  
  

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success or a related role.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer success.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to AI solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented startup environment.
• Experience working with CRM tools and customer service software is a plus.
• A passion for technology and a desire to be part of a rapidly evolving industry.
