About the Role

We are seeking a Product Analyst to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous product improvement.

Engaging with customers to collect feedback and understand their needs will be a key aspect of this role. As a fast-moving startup, we value adaptability and the ability to work quickly without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze product performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Metrics Development: Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• User Behavior Insights: Conduct user behavior analysis to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences.
• A/B Testing: Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests to optimize product features and user experience.
• Market Research: Perform competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends to inform product development strategies.
• Customer Feedback: Regularly engage with customers to gather feedback, identify pain points, and understand their needs. Use this information to influence product improvements and strategy.
• Reporting: Create clear, concise reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to align on product positioning, campaign performance insights, and user acquisition strategies. Provide data to support targeted marketing initiatives and assess their impact on product metrics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define requirements and prioritize feature development based on data insights.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a product analysis, data analysis, or similar role.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong expertise in Mixpanel for product analytics, user tracking, and insights.
• Knowledge of Segment for data integration and customer data management is a must.
• Google Data Studio is a plus.
• Working with Figma is a plus.
• Customer Engagement: Experience in talking to customers and gathering actionable feedback.
• Language Skills: Knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian is a must; we have a big team in Ukraine.
• Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing analytics, campaign tracking, and customer segmentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work fast and efficiently, adapting to the dynamic needs of a startup environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Empathy and active listening skills for effective customer engagement.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B environments.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and tools
