BI Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Data Analyst with expertise in Tableau to join our growing data analytics team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning data into actionable insights and enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology.

You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders, including C-level executives and Product Teams, to deliver insights, maintain critical dashboards, and ensure our analytics infrastructure runs smoothly. Your work will be instrumental in helping us understand performance, identify opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that drive key decision-making across the organization.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to provide actionable insights to stakeholders, including C-level executives and Product Teams.
• Administer and optimize Tableau Server to ensure seamless performance, security, and availability for all users.
• Utilize Tableau Prep to clean, shape, and transform data for efficient analysis and reporting.
• Take ownership of maintaining and updating existing dashboards and reports to reflect evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  
  

• You have excellent communication and storytelling skills to transform complex datasets into meaningful insights for non-technical audiences.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in Tableau, including building reports, creating dashboards, and working with Tableau Prep.
• You’re a team player, ready to support others and ensure deadlines are met.
• You are proficient in SQL (BigQuery experience is a plus) and have experience working with ETL processes, integrating data from multiple sources.
• You possess strong analytical skills and can break down ambiguous problems into actionable solutions.
• You hold a B.Sc. or Master’s degree in Economy, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• You have experience with Tableau Server administration (e.g., user management, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting).
• You are eager to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges.
  
  

• Experience with Python libraries such as pandas, numpy, matplotlib, or plotly.
• Domain knowledge in revenue management within the travel industry (airlines, transportation, hospitality).
