What We Are Looking:

Our company is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our awesome QA team. You will be responsible for manually testing our software products, creating detailed test plans, and working closely with our R&D team to ensure their quality and reliability.

Curiosity and a hunger for knowledge are a must, as you'll constantly be exploring new ways to improve processes and ensure the highest standards of our new features.

What You Will Do:

You will play a key role in ensuring our software solutions meet the highest quality standards, providing reliable products to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include planning and performing manual tests for new features and version releases, managing and analyzing customer support tickets, and collaborating with product teams and developers to define and execute effective test plans for major features.

Qualifications:

· Curiosity and a hunger for knowledge are a must!

· 2-4 years experience as a QA engineer

· Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools (e.g., JIRA), and processes

· Experience in testing Client/Server and Web-Based applications under different browsers

· Understanding of HTTP, REST, and testing tools like Postman

· Experience with databases like MySQL, MSSQL

· Ability to take full responsibility and ownership and carry out tasks end-to-end

· Strong accountability, team player and excellent people skills

· Excellent communication skills with a high English proficiency, both written and verbal

Advantages:

· Experience in travel tech startups or fast-paced environments

· Familiarity with DevOps methodologies

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
