As a Software QA Engineer for our flagship software, 3DXpert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our cutting-edge solutions. You will work alongside passionate professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment, focusing on 3D printing applications.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive test plans for 3DXpert software, ensuring functionality, performance, and regression tests are conducted effectively. You'll support development teams, assist customers, and contribute to the overall success of the product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning & Execution: Develop and execute test plans for both manual and automated tests for 3DXpert, a leading 3D printing software application.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to support feature testing and productization efforts.
• Customer Support: Assist customer support teams with troubleshooting and provide expertise in resolving issues related to the software.
• Continuous Improvement: Help refine use cases, assist in feature testing, and actively contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in mechanical design with a CAD system (experience in 3D printing is a plus).
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
• Great attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• A collaborative mindset, with a focus on teamwork and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience working with Jira and Figma.

Desirable Skills:

• Background and understanding of 3D printing processes
• Familiarity with CAD software and scripting languages.
• Background in software testing or quality assurance.
• A general understanding of AI tools and their applications.
