One of our clients, a dynamic and fast-growing financial technology company, is looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer to join their innovative team.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be key in developing secure, well-tested, and high-performing software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new features and improvements for the company’s products with an emphasis on security, performance, and scalability.
• Assess, design, and build technical solutions to meet product requirements and business goals.
• Collaborate across teams to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Implement and automate cloud infrastructure and optimize development cycles.
• Write clean, maintainable code following internal standards and best practices for high-scale web environments.
• Participate in on-call rotations to troubleshoot and resolve product and operational issues.
• Document technical designs, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory: Proven experience in C# development.
• Professional experience with containerization or similar technologies in production environments.
• Expertise in object-oriented programming and building scalable systems.
• Proven ability to communicate and resolve complex technical challenges effectively.
• Experience diagnosing and preventing performance and optimization issues.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects from concept to production.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in agile and cross-functional environments.

Highly Preferred:

• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with ElasticSearch.
• Knowledge of Serverless solutions and Data Lake architectures.
• Proficiency with Containers and Cloud Native technologies.
• Background in AI or machine learning solutions.

Company location: Jerusalem, Israel (1 day at office, 4 day from home)

Number of employees: 900 globally, with 170 in the R&D center.

This position reports to: Software Engineering Manager.
