Senior .NET Full Stack Developer | C# & SQL Server

A leading financial organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to develop and maintain business-critical enterprise systems using C#, .NET, and SQL Server.

The role combines end-to-end application development, complex database operations, backend services, and system integrations within a large-scale financial environment.

You will work on both new development and existing systems, including data processing, file ingestion, reporting, REST APIs, and modern Cloud Native and Microservices environments.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET 6+, and SQL Server.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for business-critical applications and technical processes.
• Write technical specifications and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
• Design and optimize database structures, queries, and data processing workflows.
• Develop file ingestion, data processing, reporting, and output generation processes.
• Build and integrate REST APIs and services with internal and external systems.
• Develop backend components using Entity Framework Core.
• Write and optimize complex T-SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Functions, and Views.
• Develop and maintain SSIS packages and SSRS reports.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application and database performance.
• Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.
• Develop and maintain applications in Microservices and Cloud Native environments.
• Work with OpenShift or Kubernetes platforms.
• Implement and maintain authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth2 and JWT.
• Balance new development, ongoing maintenance, and multiple technical priorities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience in a financial organization.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET 6 or later.
• 4+ years of experience working with SQL Server, including complex databases and business-critical systems.
• Strong T-SQL skills, including Stored Procedures, Functions, and Views.
• Experience developing and maintaining SSIS packages and SSRS reports.
• Proven experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
• Experience in Full Stack and Server-Side development.
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience using Git and CI/CD processes.
• Experience working with OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with OAuth2 and JWT authentication and authorization.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good Hebrew proficiency.
• Availability to support critical production incidents when required.
• Practical Engineering diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
