Enabley is a fast-growing learning technology startup headquartered in Israel with a substantial and growing customer base worldwide.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our product development group in Israel and take ownership of key initiatives to shape the future of our innovative learning platform!

Our platform serves companies with deskless workforces across all industries, such as Telefónica, Coca-Cola and Unilever and many others. We help employees learn and grow on the go, whether through desktop or mobile, ensuring they stay connected to their company, no matter where they are.

What You’ll Do

Define and execute the product roadmap, balancing strategic goals with customer needs and business priorities.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across our global teams, including engineering, design, customer success and customer support teams, to bring product needs and ideas to life.
Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather feedback from customers to inform product decisions.
Translate high-level business requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
Monitor product performance and continuously improve based on data and user feedback.

Who You Are

Experienced Product Manager: At least 3 years of experience in product management in a B2B SaaS company.
User-Centric and Analytical: Blend a deep understanding of customer needs with actionable insights from data analytics, balancing intuition and evidence to deliver impactful product improvements.
Strong Communicator: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Collaborative, curious, thrives in fast-paced environments, happy to work cross-functionally with a diverse group of stakeholders, and fun to work with :)
