Sales Executive (Offshore Outsourcing Industry)

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive/BDR with 1-2 years of experience in sales management, particularly within the outsourcing industry. If you love networking have a knack for identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients in need of offshore outsourcing services.

 • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

 • Conduct meetings and negotiate contracts with potential clients.

 • Prospecting and generating leads through various tools social media channels, networking events, etc.

 • Collaborate with the internal team to create customized solutions for clients.

 • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

 • 1-2 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the outsourcing industry.

 • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

 • Strong understanding of outsourcing solutions and services.

 • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

 • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
