TandemG is looking for Sales and business Operations to join us.
At TandemG, you will generate leads and meetings ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness and success of the sale process.
The main challenges in this position include generating ripe leads, ensuring the pipeline for the company business goals, managing data sets, and optimizing processes across the customer journey. Additionally, balancing the needs of multiple departments, maintaining CRM systems, and aligning sales processes with broader business goals.
Here is the kind of stuff you’ll do:
Generating leads, with outbound marketing, cold calls etc.
Managing sales data and analytics to optimize team performance.
Use data to identify trends, forecast challenges, and propose actionable insights.
Streamlining sales processes and tools to improve efficiency.
Identifying triggers for potential customer growth.
Supporting preparation of marketing materials.
Managing legal processes with clients and the legal team.
In order to be great at this job, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, industrial engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales / SDR / operations in High tech companies
- Proficiency in Salesforce HubSpot, Monday additional BI tools are advantage .
- Proven analytical and great interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about learning new technology
