Business Analyst

A startup developing a modern platform for property management, covering all aspects of rental processes, including payments, contracts, advertising, and more.

The company is self-funded, economically stable, and has sufficient resources for several years without requiring additional investments. They have raised $100 million and serve over 4,000 paying customers.

The team consists of 160 employees globally, with 60 based in Israel, most of whom are developers.

The company is located in Tel Aviv, near a train line, and operates on a hybrid model with one work-from-home day per week.

Responsibilities-

• Communicate insights to senior management and collaborate across teams.
• Present complex data clearly and engagingly to drive program success.
• Drive initiatives to increase ARR through data-driven insights and strategies.
• Analyze and enhance the sales funnel to improve conversion rates and streamline the customer journey.
• Lead projects such as account scoring to prioritize high-potential leads and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the CS org to reduce churn and improve Customer Success (CS) KPIs.

Requirements-

• Proficiency in SQL (mandatory) and experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
• 4+ years in a Business Analyst role with a strong understanding of performance metrics.
• Expertise in creating data models, reporting tools, and user behavior analysis.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
