This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist at GLGteam in Herzliya. The specialist will be responsible for network administration, information technology tasks, troubleshooting, network security, and providing excellent customer service.

• Network Administration and Troubleshooting skills
• Information Technology and Network Security knowledge
• Customer Service experience
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., Cisco, CompTIA)
• Experience with hardware and software installations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
