Information Technology Specialist

Clalit Innovation drives healthcare innovation through research, technology, and collaboration within Israel's largest healthcare organization. We are looking for a skilled, service-oriented, and proactive IT Specialist to take ownership of day-to-day IT operations and provide comprehensive technical support to approximately 100 employees.

Responsibilities:

•Manage day-to-day IT operations and provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, both on-site and remotely.

•Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and network issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

•Set up, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, software, and workplace IT equipment.

•Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights, including IT onboarding and offboarding processes.

•Support IT infrastructure, Windows/Linux environments, and research-related systems in coordination with central infrastructure teams.

•Implement IT security and data protection procedures in collaboration with Clalit's information security teams.

•Coordinate with corporate IT teams, external vendors, and service providers to ensure reliable and efficient IT services.

Maintain IT asset records, technical documentation, and operational procedures

Requirements:

•At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or IT operations.

•Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.

•Practical experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic networking issues (TCP/IP, DNS).

•Familiarity with Linux environments and IT security best practices.

•Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of issues through resolution.

•Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong service mindset, and effective problem-solving abilities.

•Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Advantages:

•Experience with PowerShell, scripting, or IT automation.

•Familiarity with cloud services, virtualization, or development and research environments.

•Relevant IT certifications.
