GCP Cloud Architect

Cloud Architects are the key link between Kyndryl and our clients. You’re in a technical leadership role, uniting and guiding stakeholders from clients, governance, and project executives to delivery and sometimes even the vendors who work with the client. You’ll be there from the start of a project — understanding what’s needed and figuring out the best technical solution. And you’ll be there at the finish, delivering the right product on time and within budget.

To the client, you’re the subject matter expert – consulting early, gathering inputs, understanding what they need from our solution. You define what Kyndryl can do to meet this solution. Job Qualifications

Kyndryl is looking for a passionate and highly experienced professional to work in our rapidly growing team based in Israel. As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will be responsible for design and planning advanced cloud solutions for customers, consulting our customers how to migrate and to plane their workloads in AWS&GCP architectures.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Solutions Architect, you will work directly with customers to accelerate their projects and recommend best-practice architectures. Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of AWS and GCP. You will own the technical relationship with the customer and operate as their trusted advisor. The best interests of the customer will shape the guidance you provide. Evangelize and educate about AWS and GCP providers. (e.g. workshops, meetups, and online conferences).

Contribute to the growth of the Solutions Architecture organization by hiring, coaching, and mentoring others. Develop areas of depth in technical domains relevant to your interests and your customer's outcomes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in building architectures and solutions in the GCP cloud environment - Must!
• 3+ years designing and implementing Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Extensive hands-on experience building microservice architectures on Kubernetes.
• Experience with designing and building applications using Container and serverless cloud-native services.
• Acknowledge with continuous integration tools (e.g. Jenkins, Codefresh, AWS CodeBuild, CodePipeline, etc..), Terraform/AWS CloudFormation, monitoring frameworks to monitor the health and performance of infrastructure and applications (e.g. Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana, etc…).
