User Experience Designer

Avanan is a fast-growing startup, acquired by Check Point three years ago, revolutionizing email and collaboration security. Recognized as a market leader, we're expanding rapidly and looking for a UI/UX Designer to enhance the user experience for over 35,000 customers.

As part of the Product Management team, you’ll redesign key user journeys, conduct research, analyze data, and collaborate with developers to ensure smooth execution. Your work will directly impact product adoption and customer satisfaction.

This is currently a temporary position for 6-8 months, that may be extended based on performance and needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and create UX mockups for core workflows.
• Simplify complex experiences by researching innovative solutions.
• Analyze competitors and identify ways to differentiate our UX.
• Gather user feedback through interviews and testing.
• Collaborate with R&D to implement designs effectively.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating UI-oriented visual design work for complex B2B systems (B2B products)
• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design
• Good English
• Ability to verbally express the design process
• Ability to learn new fields and deliver ideas and mock-ups fast
• Bonus – experience and/or good understanding of the different personas in cyber security teams
