Solution Architect

Radware is looking for a Solution Architect to join the Product Management team. The Solution Architect will work closely with PMs, R&D, QA, Delivery and Engineering to deliver innovative cloud and On Prem solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, product management, and stakeholders to tailor technology blueprints to business requirements.
• Develop, describe, and manage solution architecture, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps, both Cloud and On Prem.
• Conduct proofs of concept (PoCs) for new features or initiatives to validate feasibility and performance.
• Translate business processes and user requirements into functional requirements and solution designs.
• Develop an understanding of our existing Cloud infrastructure while actively searching for improvement areas with focus on Service Excellence
• Identify opportunities for synergy across Cloud and On Prem products to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the services based on customer insights and performance metrics.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Solution Architect
• Good knowledge of network security and Application Security domains, security markets, threats, and competition
• Proven ability to evaluate and design tech solutions that address user needs.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent teamwork skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support as required.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
• High level of self-training and self-drive
• Experience with cloud security solutions – advantage
• Engineering / hands-on R&D background – advantage
• Familiarity with scripting and coding – advantage.
