Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Manual Tester to join our agile team. This role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of QA experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing to ensure the quality and functionality of our CRM solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Write, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans.
• Track bugs and issues using Jira and follow through to resolution.
• Apply QA methodologies and best practices to identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide feedback to improve processes, tools, and workflows within the team.

• Tools: Proficiency in Jira and other relevant tools for test tracking and bug management.
