What you’ll do

• Lead a high-impact team: Build and nurture the Core Modelling Team responsible for shaping Shapr3D’s key features and driving innovation
• Drive technical excellence: Oversee the evolution of our CAD engine, ensuring it meets world-class standards and constantly pushes boundaries
• Influence product development: Collaborate across teams to ensure the product’s technical roadmap aligns with business goals and user needs
• Foster growth: Develop a culture of mentorship and accountability, helping engineers thrive and progress in their careers

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as a C++ Engineering Manager or technical lead with a track record of managing high-performance teams
• Strong background in computer architecture, algorithms, and operating systems
• Expertise in scaling engineering teams and delivering complex products with excellence
• Hands-on experience in C++ development and a passion for solving challenging technical problems
• Bonus: Experience working in the CAD industry or related fields

• Core CAD Engine: Written in C++20
• iPadOS/macOS: Built in Swift
• Windows: Developed with C# and XAML, shipped as Universal Windows Apps (UWP)
• Rendering Engine: Using Metal APIs on Apple devices and DirectX11 on Windows
