We’re a dynamic B2B product agency specializing in collaborating with early-stage startups. Our team thrives on creativity, agility, and a shared passion for creating impactful user experiences that drive growth through product value and technological expertise.

We’re looking for a Head of product design that can both manage and mentor a team of 10 talented designers, while taking ownership of their own client projects. This role combines leadership, strategy, and hands-on design expertise in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 10 product designers across multiple client projects.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement within the design team.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and career development planning with team members.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure design best practices are consistently applied across projects.

• Oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring the design team delivers exceptional work that aligns with client goals and deadlines.
• Partner closely with founders, product managers, developers, to align efforts with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Provide strategic direction on design solutions for early-stage startups with a focus on scalability, usability, and innovation.
• Review and provide feedback on designs to ensure quality and adherence to project objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources and balance workloads across the team.

• Take ownership of complex design challenges by creating initial concepts and frameworks for sophisticated features and user interfaces, establishing the foundation for team execution.
• Lead by example through hands-on design work, tackling challenging problems and demonstrating best practices in user experience design.
• Present design concepts and solutions directly to clients, effectively communicating design rationale and incorporating stakeholder feedback into iterative improvements.
• Develop and maintain design patterns and component libraries that can be leveraged across the team for consistent, efficient delivery.

• Refine and enforce scalable design processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and adaptability in a fast-paced agency setting.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools, introducing new ideas to keep the team at the forefront of design innovation.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in UX design, with demonstrated expertise in user-centered design practices in a B2B context.
• 2+ years of experience specifically designing interfaces for complex SaaS products
• 1+ years of team leadership experience, demonstrating strong mentorship and management capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, design systems, and collaborative workflows
• Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both Hebrew and English, with ability to lead client presentations and team meetings in both languages
