We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a strong background in cryptocurrency, blockchain, Forex, or gambling to lead Peer TC’s marketing strategy. As a Melbourne-based startup in the fast-evolving crypto space, we seek a marketing leader who understands the unique challenges and opportunities in this industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Peer TC’s business goals and growth targets.
• Brand Development: Build and enhance Peer TC’s brand identity as a trusted and innovative player in the cryptocurrency market.
• User Acquisition: Lead multi-channel campaigns to attract retail and institutional clients, leveraging digital advertising, social media, content marketing, and partnerships.
• Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of high-impact educational content, blogs, and guides to simplify cryptocurrency for users.
• Partnerships & PR: Foster relationships with industry leaders, influencers, and media outlets to amplify Peer TC’s market presence.
• Analytics & Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and achieve measurable ROI.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing marketing team to execute campaigns and projects effectively.
• Compliance Alignment: Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure all marketing efforts adhere to relevant cryptocurrency regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience: 8+ years in marketing leadership roles, preferably in fintech, crypto, Forex, gambling, or financial services.
• Crypto Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and digital finance.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to create and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and market share.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Experience in leveraging analytics tools to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing teams.
• Communication Expertise: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for storytelling and brand positioning.
• Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with cryptocurrency regulations and marketing standards.
