Junior Research Analyst

About the Position:

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Research Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. The candidate should have strong analytical capabilities, combined with technical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Perform business research on various information sources (external sources such as the web as well as internal materials, etc.)
• Work closely with the product group to explore and enrich big data, and take part in new product evolution
• Work closely with the technology units
• Research, analyze and organize big data from both technical and business perspective
• Collaborating with AI and Data Science teams to support our Model Development.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Information Systems, or a related field from a leading university.
• Excellent strong analytical skills – ideally from working as a data analyst or in a similar analytical/problem-solving role.
• High attention to detail within a fast-paced environment.
• A Passion for data and innovation - a creative thinker who is excited about data and its potential to drive impactful business insights.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with self-management capabilities
• Advanced skills in Excel and ideally technical data tools and familiarity with Python and SQL for data analysis.
• Fluency in English.
• A team player
• Advantage: Financial services experience (Banking, Credit Cards or Insurance)
