We're Hiring: Customer Support Specialist at LAYA! ✈️
LAYA is a multi-currency digital wallet designed to simplify and revolutionize the way people manage money abroad. With a focus on multi-currency management, secure transactions, and seamless user experience, LAYA is tailored for travelers, expats, and anyone navigating the complexities of international payments.
We're looking for a customer support specialist who will join our growing company and play a crucial role in leading our customer support and ensuring our customers have the best possible experience.
What you will do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries via chat, email, WhatsApp, and phone
- Improve our customer support operations using AI, chat and outbound calls.
- Build scalable knowledge bases and customer self-service options using AI and automations to empower customers to resolve issues independently while maintaining high service standards.
- Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Be the go-to expert, working independently with high levels of discipline, initiative, and collaboration across teams.
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to relevant teams when needed.
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to report bugs and suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
What You'll Need:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Communication skills - Fluent in both English and Hebrew (writing and speaking)..
- Experience with support and CRM tools like Intercom, Jira, Monday or similar platforms.
- A proactive and empathetic approach to customer service.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with fintech, digital wallets, or international payments is a significant advantage.
- Self-motivated with Strong managerial skills, responsibility and ownership taking.
