Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support professional at Korro AI located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, and offering help desk support to ensure seamless operations of our AI healthcare platform.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Resolve issues related to workstations, printers, smartphones, and virtual environments.
- Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.
- Manage user accounts in systems like Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, and other cloud services.
- Create technical documentation, guides, and common troubleshooting solutions.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to proactively detect and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to address complex issues.
- Manage IT inventory, including computer equipment and peripherals.
- Work with support and ticketing systems such as Zendesk.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Proficiency in both Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and dynamic environment.
- Ability to document technical processes and incidents clearly and concisely.
Advantages:
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
- Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with monitoring and control tools (Zabbix, SolarWinds).
- Advanced knowledge of Zendesk, including configuration, customization, and reporting.
