Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to lead the placement division for high-tech companies within our recruitment operations.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the placement division for high-tech companies.
• Managing client relationships: building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs.
• Business development: creating connections with new clients and identifying their recruitment requirements.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes: posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring successful placements.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Account Manager), with a focus on placement for high-tech companies.
• Proven experience in tech recruitment.
• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience managing client accounts.
• Strong sales and service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• High-level English proficiency.
