Sales Development Representative

About the Position

Scalla.crm is expanding and is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a passion for technology and a desire to join a growing startup. We’re seeking a highly motivated sales representative who is eager to enter the tech and software sales world. The position offers a fast-track development path and is also suitable for juniors.

Responsibilities:

• Creating New Opportunities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation activities.
• Managing Inbound Leads: Handle inbound leads from various sources, establish initial contact, understand their needs, and assess their fit for our products.
• Building Interest: Generate initial interest in the company’s products through phone calls, emails, and initial demonstrations of the platform.
• Scheduling Meetings: Coordinate meetings for the advanced sales team to continue the sales process.

Requirements:

• Sales Experience – Mandatory.
• Experience in SaaS / B2B Sales – Strong advantage.
• Marketing Orientation: Experience working with inbound leads and understanding of marketing-driven sales processes.
• Experience with CRM and/or Automation Systems – Mandatory.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conducting professional and goal-oriented phone conversations.
• Self-Discipline and Responsibility: Ability to work in an organized manner and complete tasks independently.
• Adaptability to a Dynamic Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment filled with challenges.
