Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. In this role you will make a direct impact on the company's business success managing the key performance indicators and business performance by building valuable insights and data analysis. You will assume ownership of key internal and external data dashboards and reporting, covering commercial and product agendas. You will have the opportunity to analyze our rich healthcare production data and user data, and focus on evaluating business decisions, products’ performance, business trends and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret large, complex data to provide actionable insights that support business and product decision-making.
• Connect different data sets and build reposts and dashboards over them.
• Build data driven dashboards and reports for customers and customer facing teams. Dashboards should be clear, well designed and ‘tell the right story’.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
• Translate business needs into clear and detailed technical specifications that R&D teams can use to design and implement the required infrastructure (i.e specific functionalities, performance criteria, etc…)
• Work with data sets to ensure data validation, accuracy and integrity.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to understand business requirements and provide analytical support.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in data science and/or business analytics roles
• Top-notch analytical and technical skills, capable of owning a full data flow: problem definition, data collection and modeling, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong ability to conduct data manipulation, statistical analysis and data visualizations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
• Ability to connect different systems via API or other methods.
• Strong business aptitude, including familiarity with common methodologies and frameworks for product analytics in SAAS and B2B contexts.
• Strong SQL with experience in querying large complex data sets.
• Experience with Tableau. Other BI visualization platforms (Looker/Power BI etc) and an advantage,
• Experience in using Python and Pandas for analysis.
• Effective communication - be capable of identifying and extracting concise bottom lines, providing appropriate context, and creating compelling visualizations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, thrive working alongside colleagues from various domains, inspiring trust and building successful partnerships and processes.
• Experience in the healthcare domain.
