Beamup.ai is looking for a Customer Success Manager
We are seeking a motivated, hardworking, and hands-on Customer Success Manager to help our customers realize and maximize their engagement with BeamUP.
About the Role -
As a Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and the "go-to" expert for best practices and strategic guidance.
- Be instrumental in the success of our customers, from onboarding and product adoption to driving growth and retention.
- Collaborate across teams to enhance our Customer Success program and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level decision-makers, including C-suite executives and senior stakeholders, to align on strategic goals and ensure value delivery
- Build meaningful relationships with customers, working closely with internal partners across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product teams.
- Lead onboarding meetings, validate customer needs, and identify potential challenges or key project timelines.
- Encourage and support the implementation of advanced features across the assigned customer portfolio.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges to prevent churn.
- Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and foster customer advocacy.
- Develop and implement best practices, tools, and processes to enhance the Customer Success program.
- Create success plans aligned with client goals and measurable outcomes.
- Represent customer feedback to influence product development and roadmaps.
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-focused role.
- 2+ years of experience managing mid-large scale accounts in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- 2+ years of technical product experience or education.
- Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a technical field.
- A passion for technology and an eagerness to learn technical concepts
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize effectively while managing a customer portfolio.
- Strong collaboration skills to build partnerships across internal teams and establish the Customer Success "brand" within the organization.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in supply chain management
- StartUp experience a plus
- Risk Mitigator: Proactively identify blockers to success and prevent churn.
- Trusted Advisor: Recommend best practices to ensure client success and satisfaction.
- Account Strategist: Help the company anticipate and align with the customer's business goals.
- Business Builder: Identify opportunities for customers to explore additional use cases and adopt new features.
