Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our growing product team.

In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, growth, creative, and development teams. This position is perfect for a data-driven, methodical self-starter who thrives on pushing initiatives forward and drawing meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role at every stage of the product life cycle, leading the end-to-end development of new products and ensuring alignment with users’ needs and company goals.
• Take full ownership of the product, from inception to production.
• Collaborate closely with various teams to deliver new product features and ensure smooth project execution.
• Translate business and product needs into clear, actionable product plans.
• Launch A/B tests to evaluate the performance of new features and iterate through ongoing experiments.
• Analyze performance data, evaluate the success or failure of features, determine next steps, and continuously leverage data to guide decision-making.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of product/project management experience in an internet-based company.
• Experience building full-stack product features involving both backend and UX/UI aspects (advantage).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
• Solid technical knowledge and ability to effectively communicate technical requirements to the development team.
• Proactive problem solver with a hands-on approach, can-do attitude, and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication skills.
