Who are you?

You're an experienced and creative Product Designer, driven by a passion for crafting exceptional, customer-centric products. You thrive on solving complex problems, have a deep understanding of UX and UI principles, and excel at turning ideas into intuitive designs. As a team player and mentor, you enjoy collaborating with others, guiding and inspiring your teammates, and helping elevate the entire design practice.

So, what will you be doing all day?

• Design captivating customer-facing products for both web and mobile platforms
• Apply a comprehensive understanding of a product's lifecycle, from research and prototyping to design and usability testing
• Oversee design projects from inception to completion, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues from different teams (product, design, development, QA, and BI)
• Contribute as a lead of the design team and promote winning ideas and decisions

Ideally, we’re looking for

• 5+ years of B2C/SMB/B2B experience in world-class products in the global market. Preferably US.
• A strong portfolio that effectively showcases your skills (both web and mobile)
• A broad understanding of usability and user experience principles (Customer-centric design mindset)
• Proficiency in solving complex product challenges
• Pixel-perfect attitude, with attention to the smallest of details
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and other relevant design tools
• Exceptional communication skills
• Enthusiasm for knowledge sharing and collaboration
• Fluent in English - verbal and written

These would also be nice

• B.A. in Visual Communication, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or another relevant field, as well as illustration and animation skills, are both an advantage
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered product solutions - a huge plus!
