Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks.
- Managing the onboarding process for new employees.
- Handling internal communication, including announcements and sharing various updates with employees.
- Regular work with HR systems.
- Updating and managing employee files.
- Employee welfare activities, such as organizing toast events and handling gifts for various occasions.
- Assisting with additional tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Attention to detail, proactiveness, and thoroughness.
- Ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with Excel is an advantage.
