Full Stack Team Lead

Cemento is on the hunt for a passionate and talented Full-Stack Team Lead to join our dynamic R&D department! In this high-impact role, you’ll spearhead innovative, cutting-edge projects while working directly with our visionary CTO & Co-Founder. As both a technical expert and team leader, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, inspire top-notch performance, and play a key role in shaping the future of our product’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a talented team of developers specializing in Frontend and cross-platform development, driving innovation and excellence.
• Craft elegant and robust solutions using React and React Native, adhering to top-tier coding standards.
• Utilize Node.js to seamlessly bridge server-side and client-side development.
• Build cross-platform applications for Android, iOS, and Web.
• Design and implement advanced architecture for innovative, high-impact projects.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in JavaScript development - Must
• 5+ years of experience in React development - Must
• 2+ years of experience in React Native development - Must
• 3+ years of experience with Node.js
• Fluent in English - Must
• 3+ years of management experience - Strong advantage

Advantages:

• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes and Agile methodologies.
