Job Overview:

neoLaser is a world leader in the field of development, manufacturing and sales of Surgical Lasers for a wide array of surgical specialties including endovascular, proctology, and spine. neoLaser is currently performing over 6,000 surgeries a month, and exporting products to over 40 countries in Europe, America and Asia and is experiencing strong growth.

The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in positioning the products, defining go-to-market, providing tools, supporting product related needs of distributors, and assisting in defining the product roadmap. This role involves close collaboration with various functions including engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure the product meets market demands and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market and Launch:

• Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies.
• Define product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
• Deliver tools to market and sell products.
• Lead product launch activities when activated, ensuring all stakeholders are prepared and aligned.
• Monitor product performance post-launch, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.

Competition, Customer and Market Insights:

• Provide detailed comparison with competition / alternative technologies.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the product meets user needs.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements.
• Monitor and report on product metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay informed of industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies through market research and analysis.

Product Strategy and Product Development:

• Define and communicate the product strategy.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure all products meet local and international regulatory requirements, working closely with RA and QA.
• Translate high-level product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in product management in MedTech, knowledge of surgical lasers market a big plus.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Strong understanding of medical device regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA, CE marking).
• Focus on customer needs and market opportunities.
• Experience in designing go-to-market steps.
• Understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management in the field of surgical lasers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
