Role Description:

• Managing a team of technicians, both professionally and personally.
• Overseeing team operations and ensuring presence at work sites.
• Conducting one-on-one meetings and team discussions.
• Providing ongoing professional support and guidance, including responsibility for implementing training programs.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of complex issues in solar systems.
• Managing equipment, tools, and vehicles, including coordination with relevant company departments.
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and proper work procedures at field sites.

Role Requirements:

• Licensed Electrical Practical Engineer with a high-voltage license.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in maintaining ground-mounted solar systems.
• Prior managerial experience.
• Willingness to work in the field across the country.
• Valid driver's license.
