Business Analytics Engineer

We are seeking a Business Intelligence & Analytics Engineer to bridge the gap between technical data operations and business strategy. This role will own the end-to-end analytics process, from data collection to insights delivery, while leveraging modern tools including AI to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive BI strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting systems (Power Bi, Quicksight) that provide actionable insights and its visualization.
• Lead data modeling and architecture decisions for analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify KPIs and metrics that drive business decisions.
• Develop and automate data collection processes and reporting workflows.
• Translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations.
• Implement and leverage AI tools to enhance analytics capabilities.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics role.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering data-driven business insights.
• Experience in a cloud services or technology company preferred.

• Advanced SQL skills for complex data querying and analysis.
• Python programming for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Data modeling and database design expertise.
• ETL process development and optimization.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML tools and applications.
