Senior Data Analyst

Looking for a talented Data Analyst to Join Our Musical Revolution! 🎶

As the first Senior Data Analyst, you’ll lead our analytics efforts, building and defining the data foundation that supports our growth. You’ll work closely with leadership, product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

What You'll Do:

🔹 Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze trends, patterns, and outliers in customer behavior, product usage, and operational data. Deliver clear visualizations and reports that inform stakeholders across the company.

🔹 Business Insights: Provide actionable insights to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

🔹 Product Collaboration: Partner with product managers to define data-driven product features 🔹 KPI Development: Work with the CFO and leadership team to define and track critical KPIs for growth and success.

🔹 Ad Hoc Analysis: Support cross-functional teams with ad hoc analysis, including market segmentation and pricing optimization.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

✅ 4+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role. 

✅ Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or consumer-facing tech is a strong advantage.

✅ Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

✅ Skilled in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

✅ Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.

✅ Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes is beneficial.

✅ Strong ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights. Familiarity with key metrics like LTV, CAC, and conversion rates.

✅Detail-Oriented & Analytical

✅ Comfortable working with large datasets and ensuring data accuracy.

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication, able to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly.

Self-Starter & Problem-Solver:

✅Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

✅ A degree in a quantitative field will be a plus.
