Business Intelligence Analyst

A startup developing a modern platform for property management, covering all aspects of renting properties, including payments, contracts, advertising, and more.

The company is financially self-sustained, not seeking investments, and has sufficient funds for several years ahead. They have raised $100 million and boast over 4,000 paying customers!

The team consists of 160 employees globally, with 60 based in Israel, almost all of whom are developers.

The office is located in Tel Aviv near a train line, with a work model that includes one day per week from home.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate insights to senior management and collaborate across teams.
• Present complex data clearly and engagingly to drive program success.
• Drive initiatives to increase ARR through data-driven insights and strategies.
• Analyze and enhance the sales funnel to improve conversion rates and streamline the customer journey.
• Lead projects such as account scoring to prioritize high-potential leads and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the CS org to reduce churn and improve Customer Success (CS) KPIs.

Requirements-

• Proficiency in SQL (mandatory) and experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
• 4+ years in a Business Analyst role with a strong understanding of performance metrics.
• Expertise in creating data models, reporting tools, and user behavior analysis.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
