We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People & Culture team at Minute Media. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers across departments to identify and recruit diverse, high-performing talent that will drive our company forward. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HRBP’s and hiring managers to identify talent needs and proactively build talent pipelines.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from job descriptions to hiring, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Track recruitment data and leverage analytics to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize efficiency.
• Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research and referral generation.
• Enhance employer branding by managing social media content, including job postings, updates, and culture highlights.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within Tech and Product teams at start-up companies.
• Experience with the Comeet recruiting system, including data analysis, employment contracts, AI functionalities, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English - Must
