Food & Beverage Manager for a new Domus Boutique Hotel in Tel Aviv

Join us in building an exceptional culinary experience at a new, luxurious boutique hotel opening in December 2025 in the heart of Tel Aviv! This hotel is part of the esteemed Domus boutique hotel chain, known for its design-led properties across Israel.

We are looking for a professional with the passion, experience, and drive to lead the establishment of a new restaurant from the ground up. The restaurant, located on the hotel's ground floor, will serve a rich breakfast to hotel guests and operate as a public restaurant for the rest of the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish the restaurant from scratch: From conceptualizing the menu and style to sourcing all necessary equipment and designing the space.
• Lead and manage the entire restaurant establishment process, from planning to opening.
• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar.
• Develop menus, manage suppliers, and oversee inventory.
• Recruit, train, and manage the kitchen and service staff.
• Ensure all business and operational goals are met.
• Create a high-level hospitality and service experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in F&B or restaurant management.
• A deep understanding of the restaurant industry, with an emphasis on establishment and operation.
• Creativity, flexibility, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Strong leadership and the ability to motivate a team.
