About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Marketing Automation with technical skills to join our marketing team and play a key role in driving advanced, personalized, and data-driven customer journeys. This role combines expertise in Marketing Automation with hands-on MarTech skills, ensuring seamless integration of systems and tools to optimize customer experiences and marketing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage advanced customer journeys using a Marketing Automation platform.
- Design, develop, and implement personalized automation workflows for customer journeys.
- Integrate Braze with media platforms to manage and enhance campaigns within customer journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, data, and product, to align and advance marketing goals effectively.
- Perform optimization to maximize Deliverability and ensure top-tier performance.
- Implement and manage data pipelines to support customer segmentation and personalization efforts.
- Ensure data integrity and synchronization across MarTech platforms for accurate reporting and campaign execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing Marketing Automation platforms for a least 2 years.
- emphasis with Braze – a significant advantage.
- Hands-on experience in integrations, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and APIs.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, data-driven marketing, and performance optimization techniques.
- Expertise in Deliverability best practices and ensuring high-quality email and messaging delivery.
- Technical proficiency in managing and integrating MarTech tools, including knowledge of SQL, APIs, or similar technologies – a plus.
- Ability to analyze and utilize marketing data for segmentation, targeting, and campaign personalization.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
