Role Description:
- Annual planning of the department's work program.
- Quarterly task planning and end-of-quarter performance monitoring.
- Assisting in project and resource planning.
- Monitoring planned versus actual performance of the work program.
- Identifying and escalating critical issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Providing project/portfolio status updates to monitoring and control functions, including senior management.
Requirements:
- Mandatory:
- At least 5 years of experience as a PMO in a large organization.
- Proven experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and Pivot Tables.
- Relevant academic degree: Industrial Engineering, Technology Management (specializing in Project Management), Information Systems, or Economics and Management.
- Significant Advantages:
- Experience in financial organizations or software development environments.
- High proficiency in English (written, spoken, and reading).
- Familiarity with JIRA.
- Experience in training and implementing project management and PPM systems.
